This hotel had excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to all major tourist spots and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of foods. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent.

The lack of national TV channels on the room's TV, but this wasn't a major issue.

Great location with easy access to tram, metro, and train stations. Lots of shopping options nearby. Helpful staff and delicious halal breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Ideal for backpackers.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and value for money were outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my preferences were met. The location in the center of the city was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious, especially the bathroom. Having a balcony added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including halal food, which was a pleasant surprise.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was easy to explore the city from there. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, I had a good night's sleep. The staff was helpful when I needed directions to a nearby restaurant.

Located in a bustling area, our stay was convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of eating options around. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to find a coffee shop nearby for a quick snack. Although our room was small, it was clean and well-maintained with standard amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and had a spacious shower with hot water.
The breakfast wasn't up to par compared to other hotels we stayed in.
